Excellent but some things to improve in order to worth the price
The pack back looks great, very comfortable and good airflow. Very good as personal item on flight. Great laptop compartment. Don't expect too much storage though, 20L is on the optimistic side imo. The straps are really doing a great job for active usage, not bouncing. It's a good option for travellers who would need to be active (like a day hike) and bring a laptop for instance. First downside that needs to be reconfirmed in the future is if the zippers will sustain over time. They are quite thin, not very smooth and feel fragile (but maybe it is just an impression). For instance a lot of people end up closing their backpack while holding the zippers especially in a rush moment, I wouldn't recommend doing this on this backpack). The second downside is the size of storage on shoulder straps and no pocket (even removable) on the hip belt. It will not suit your phone, at best airpods and energy bar or a relatively small power bank. Third downside I noticed is the absence of key holder or internal zipped/secured pocket in the front pocket. This front pocket is very small and not convenient, that's where small valuables would be put and it's not secure, just by the fact that everything falls off when you open it. Recommendations for the v2: - more safe storage in the front pocket + 1 top pocket where valuables would be better placed. Key holder. - bigger, expandable pockets on shoulder straps - foldable pocket on hip belt or detachable (the size of a big phone maybe) - bigger and better zippers (thid is really the scary part)
