How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–9 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, tracked shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout.

Will my laptop fit?

Each product page lists the laptop size the padded sleeve was designed for, along with the full dimensions of the bag.

How do I clean my bag?

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soapy water if needed, then let it air dry. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying and strong detergents.
