The Motion Sling 4L is for people who keep moving, in the city or out on the trail. Its low, slim shape hugs the body for a steady, secure fit, whether you wear it over the chest, on your back or around your waist. Valuables stay put in the organised interior, and a stretch pocket on the front plus gear straps let you add a bottle, a jacket or other extras.
How much does the Motion Sling 4L hold?
It has a 4-litre capacity in a compact 19 x 27.5 x 8 cm body. That is enough for a phone, keys, wallet, a light layer folded small, snacks and a pair of earbuds, which covers most runs, rides and city days.
Can I wear it while running or cycling?
Yes. Wear it across the chest for walking and travel, or swing it round to sit at the waist when you are moving faster. The quick-release buckles let you tighten or remove it in a second, and the airflow back panel keeps the contact area cooler.
How heavy is it?
Just 250 g empty, so you barely notice it until you need something from it.
Will it cope with bad weather?
The fabrics, binding and zips are weather-resistant, so a shower will not soak your essentials. For heavy, prolonged rain we still suggest keeping electronics in an inner pocket.
Is it visible in low light?
Reflective trims and prints are placed around the bag to catch car headlights and street lighting on early mornings and evenings.
Where can I put a jacket or extra gear?
The compression straps along the base can hold a rolled jacket or a small mat, and the four-way stretch pockets expand for gels, a soft flask or gloves.

Fantastic sling bag. The 4L size is just right, with enough room for everything I need without feeling bulky like some larger slings. I’ve used it every day while travelling abroad and it’s been ideal for keeping my essentials close and secure. I also really like the styling. It looks smart and understated rather than overly sporty or too youthful, which is exactly what I wanted. Comfortable to wear, practical and a great size. Very pleased with it.

Super Verarbeitung, wie immer! Tolle Farbe, die (bisher zumindest) nicht abfärbt. Toll wäre ein breiter, weicher Schutzgummi in der passenden Farbe, den man über die Schnalle ziehen kann, damit sie auf Dauer nicht reibt. So wie der kleine, der den Rest des Gurtes an Ort und Stelle halten soll, was er leider nicht tut. Wenn es in Zukunft einen solchen Gummi gibt, gerne für die beiden Taschen zusenden. 😉

Very pleased with the bag and the other service. Fits my new fujifilm xt50, and accessories very nicely for when we're in towns/cities as a sling bag. And when we're on our touring bikes, I can easily carry gilet, arm warmers, passport etc etc on my back, at waist height. Perfect set up, and size, for our cycling adventure from Birmingham to Leichenstein in a few weeks time!
